Application and functionality
Dermatic® membrane is created exclusively for clothing, that is being used under extreme conditions and high physical intensity. Maximum body comfort in fair and cold climate is being achieved through its usage.
It comprises of micro-pores, that lead the body's excess heat and moisture out of the fabric, while in the opposite direction fully blocking the infiltration of water and wind. The membrane is placed on the inner side of the facial fabric, and is separated from the body through the lining.
Dermatic® is a part of the Climate Control™ system that is being used mostly in high-tech apparel, and is a flawless decision for temperature control, as well as for ventilating the space around the body.
Breathability of the membrane (transfer of released body moisture)
The breathing membrane Dermatic® is a latest nano-technological development, assuring maximum permeability of the moisture, released by the body during sweating.
Each square centimeter of the membrane comprises of millions of pores. They let out the heated water molecules, and at the same time stop the infiltration of water molecules from the outside.
The breath-ability of Dermatic® is many times better than that of leather, it is also water-resistant, and over 50 times lighter than leather.
Its hi-tech engineering makes Dermatic® a one of a kind membrane with such high breath-ability characteristics.

All apparel, equipped with Dermatic® membrane, have been tested at rain-simulating conditions, and if necessary, they are being redesigned, until they cover the high requirements of the test.
Waterproof
The Dermatic® membrane's high waterproof ability assures your body's comfortable and nice atmosphere, even in the harshest rainy or snowing conditions. It has been designed in such a way, so that it is hundreds of times reassured waterproof, even in the most gushing rain.

The seams, sealed with additional membrane do not allow water and air to infiltrate.
Windproof and Cold-proof
The nano-pores of the outer side of the Membrane do not allow cold air or wind to infiltrate with the same efficiency, with which they block water molecules. This resistance of the membrane has been reassured a number of times, even in hard winds. The low temperature of quality reduction of the membrane provides maximum protection against cold, and a full functionality, even in the harshest winter conditions.
Scent-proof (when used in hunting apparel)
The complex micro-structure of the membrane shows a repeatedly greater effectiveness in stopping the transfer of human scent from the inside-out, compared with apparel not equipped with a membrane. This makes Dermatic® exceptionally suitable for application in hunting apparel.

During the apparel's sewing process, the sewing machine's needle perforates through the fabric and the membrane and pushes the thread through to sew the two layers together. This affects the whole waterproofing capability of the apparel and allows water to infiltrate through the seams onto the body, even though the fabric has a membrane.
All of the highest-class apparel's outer seams are sealed with additional membrane tape, thus assuring maximum protection of water infiltration. To prevent damage to the whole functionality and climate control of the apparel, Dermatic® membrane tape is used, with best characteristics of breath-ability, waterproof, windproof, and cold-proof.

TEFLON® fabric protector uses smart textile science to keep clothes dry and cleaner longer. It provides maximum water and stain repellency, without affecting breath-ability of the fabric. TEFLON® provides an invisible molecular barrier around each individual fiber, significantly outperforms conventional protection products by offering two lines of defense – a stain repellency barrier that prevents most spills from becoming stains in the first place, and a unique stain release system that combines with detergents in the laundry process to remove any ground-in dirt or residual staining. TEFLON® fabric protector with wrinkle release provides easy care wash and wear performance.
