Terms and Conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English Law.
    Although Innovative Country Concepts Limited ( the company) will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, neither the company nor the directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
    Prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.
    All prices quoted include VAT at the current UK rate. We are unable to supply any products exclusive of VAT to delivery addresses within the Channel Islands.
    All goods remain the property of the company until paid in full.

    Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
    Buy purchasing a product you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions.
    None of the above affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Privacy Policy.
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
    We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
    We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
    We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
    The type of information that we collect about you includes:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • email address
  • Credit/Debit card details (your card number is only used at the time of sale: and is not stored in our computer database).

                           We do not collect sensitive personal information about you.

All information we hold will be where possible accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in strict accordance with our internal security policy and law.
We might use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of our visitors to our web site. This can include a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We do not pass on your details to third parties
We may include customers telephone numbers on the courier delivery manifest for contact reasons should they need to get in touch with you about the delivery. Should you not wish your telephone number to be passed on to the courier please indicate this on your order form - (please be aware that by not including your telephone number might prevent whoever from contacting you if there is a problem and delivery may be delayed.

Delivery Policy.
How much does it cost?

How long does it take?
The cost of delivery is calculated on the web site at the time of ordering and at all times as competitive as possible.
Items ordered on any business day (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 working days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30. Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery, however: every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this.

However:Innovative Country Concepts Limited relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to keep to our word, there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of any item.


 

  • Who do we use?
    Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail or courier of our choice, you must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g.no-one at home), you will be notified appropriately with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for possible re-delivery. They will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within five days. If your parcel is not collected within five days it shall be returned to the company. Your credit / debit card will be credited your total original cost less £15.00 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges to ensure delivery of your parcel please contact our Customer Service Department on 0161 793 9759 for further details.

    What to do if there is a problem with the delivery.

    If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it, then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0161 793 9759. We will contact Royal Mail or our chosen courier and call you back to let you know what is happening.

    within 7 days of delivery.

    Returns & Refunds Policy.

    STEP 1. Contact Customer Services on 0161 793 9759.
    STEP 2. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. We can not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
    STEP 3. If you require items in exchange, please include a note with your returned item detailing the product you would like to exchange for. Please include a contactable telephone number in case any additional payment is required. If the new item costs less than the one you have returned we will refund the difference.

The goods must be in original condition & returned with full packaging. Please remember to send your return by recorded delivery. This is for your own security and insurance against items lost in transit.

Refunds will be made providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above.

Cancellation.

Save as required by the (UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, or equivalent in the business's home country) the contract will be non-cancellable by the Customer, once confirmed by the Company. Ordering mistakes by Customers with regard to (size, colour or specification for example) will not constitute grounds for cancellation. Notwithstanding, acceptance of cancellation by the Company in exceptional circumstances and any refund or part refund will be solely at the discretion of the Company. The company shall not be liable for the cost of items ordered on behalf of and under the instruction of the customer. "All such costs are to be met by the customer".

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, you will have to pay the carriage costs unless the reason is due to an error on our part where we will arrange for the collection of the goods at our cost.

Return of faulty goods.
If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
STEP 1. Contact customer Services on 0161 793 9759.
STEP 2. Please remember to send your return by recorded delivery from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit without it.

We will replace the product or refund your money when:

The product is confirmed to be faulty. If no fault is found then the product (s) will be returned and a charge of £12.00 (inc VAT) per product, plus carriage costs will be made.The product is otherwise in original condition. It is returned complete, together with any accessories and free gifts offered with the product, in the original box and or packaging.
Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Where items are confirmed to be faulty, we will also pay for you reasonable cost of returning such.
