- Daily rates are inclusive of:
Collection from and return to the nearest airport.
A guided tour sight seeing with the PH: on a day to suit.
Full accommodation and meals for the duration of the safari.
All land transport for the duration.
Services of a professional hunter.
Daily laundry service.
Field preparation of trophies.
Soft drinks and local beer in moderation.
- Daily rates are exclusive of:
All air transportation.
All taxidermy work.
All shipping of trophies.
Dipping and packing of trophies.
Baits.
Hiring of firearms and ammunition (both being available to hire and purchase on request).
- Indemnity:
All hunters and non hunters are making use of the facilities and services at their own risk.
We cannot be held responsible for injury or death and the appropriate insurance shall be taken out by the individual.
All medical and or travel insurance is the responsibility of the individual and we strongly recommend that you seek advice from your General Practitioner in good time to establish the appropriate precautions for the areas being visited.
It is the individuals responsibility to check that they have all the appropriate health and travel documentation to comply with requirements of the countries to be visited.
- Deposits:
It is the policy of the company that, a deposit of 25% of the full quote is required payable within 21 days of booking.
Then and only then shall the safari be confirmed and the necessary arrangements be made.
This deposit in non refundable and is confirmation of the appropriate animals to be hunted on concession.
- Balance:
To be paid in full 8 weeks before departure.
- Changes to bookings:
By you:
Any changes to the original booking are to be received by us (recorded delivery) in writing and signed by the person making the booking not less than six weeks before departure.
We shall endeavour to meet any such request, though this can not be guaranteed.
All changes (where appropriate) shall be at the cost of the client and the company shall not be responsible for any such charges.
- By Us:
In the event of any changes made by us, we shall inform you as soon as is practicable and where cost are incurred for the betterment, these costs shall be forwarded, "in any event" all such potential cost shall not be forwarded without your approval.
- Cancellation:
By you:
In the event of cancellation you must notify us in writing (recorded delivery) and signed by the person making the booking.
No refund shall be given if this is within the 6 weeks prior to departure.
Pre-that period a refund of the balance shall be made less all administrative costs and all other related costs incurred by us.
- By us:
If in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your safari, it shall only be due to circumstances beyond our control. In these circumstances we shall endeavour to offer you a comparable safari elsewhere that equals or betters the original booking.
Should you choose not to accept the alternative arrangements we shall refund the balance in full.
We can not accept liability or be held accountable or responsible for, any compensation where we are forced to cancel, alter or change in any way the arrangements previously made, due to, any and all circumstances outside our control.
- It is the responsibility of the individual to zero accurately his rifle. When animals are missed, the rifle (estate or other) shall be tested independently to establish if a problem exists. Charging the full cost of the animal is then left to the discretion of the PH, and his decision is final.
